Our Company

Rose Cay Maritime (RCM) is a growing Jones Act-compliant company focused on leading the Energy Transition.

RCM provides essential services in the energy supply chain for Fortune 100 companies, using a fleet of Jones Act vessels, which are American-owned, built, crewed and flagged. Our employees and advisory board are industry leaders with expertise across maritime operations, supply chain logistics, data analytics, and real asset investment. The company is prepared to meet today’s energy supply chain challenges and those that lie ahead with adherence to stringent Jones Act regulatory requirements.

Logistics

Rose Cay Maritime (RCM) offers Jones-Act compliant services with a fleet of 18 Jones Act ATBs.  The vessels are critical components of the U.S. energy supply chain during the Energy Transition.

RCM’s fleet can deliver products with materially lower carbon emissions than other modes of transportation, such as rail or truck.

The company offers the infrastructure that is needed to prevent and alleviate market disruptions. Supply chain bottlenecks such as those encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic, wartime, cyber-attacks, or extreme weather events highlight the fleet’s ability to ensure U.S. energy availability.

The fleet was built and is maintained in leading U.S. shipyards to the highest standards and the vessels in service are in full compliance with USCG, ABS, and SIRE inspector guidelines to be a market leader.

The company’s customer base includes top renewable and conventional fuel companies who are among the largest energy companies globally.

Environment, Social and Governance

RCM’s drive to reach top standards for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) is inspired by its relationship with Rose Cay and can be seen in all we do. Both firms are focused on the Jones Act role in the Energy Transition and building the fleet of the future. RCM has a working ESG policy that is consistent across our family of companies to reflect our regulatory guidelines and values.

The company’s fleet of Jones Act tugs and barges has the flexibility to deliver both conventional and renewable fuels to ports, including those that have the greatest need and often cut off from other infrastructure. RCM’s fleet can deliver products with materially less CO2 emissions than other modes of transportation, such as rail or truck.
